SHIPPING

You can get your package shipped to the address you choose (home, work…). We don’t ship to PO Boxes.

If you need your package shipped to another country just check out the list of countries where we ship. Currently we don’t ship to Islas Canarias, Ceuta and Melillia.

If you want to send a package as a gift, just select the “send as a gift” option on the shopping cart.

It takes 2-3 days for your package to arrive once your order is placed.

You can track your shipment with the tracking number we will provide you through an email once the package has been shipped.

You’ll be able to review all your orders on the “My orders” section.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is calculated according to the country and city where the package is going.

• Madrid 3,82€ (tax included).

• Rest of Spain 4,60€ (tax included)

• Baleares:

• Other countries:

These costs are for packages up to 1 kilo.

For other destinations, check out the list of countries and prices. If you don’t you’re your desired destination, you can send us an email to info@babykidsatelier.com. Orders outside of Spain, Mexico and USA may incur in local taxes fees.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and your baby to enjoy our clothes. If once you get your purchased items you are not completely satisfied, you can send back the items as long as you follow the next rules:

• You have 14 days after thet package arrived to make any return or exchange claim.

• We will only exchange and refund itmes in pristine condition with its labels still attached

• Items on sale won’t be elegible for returns and exchanges.

How to make a returns or an exchange:

• To make a return you’ll have to keep the receipt or “Gift Ticket” you will get on the package and return the items by mail, providing a tracking number. The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless BabyKids Atelier made a mistake sending a wrong product. You’ll have to fill out the return form that comes in the package. Please fill the form icluded on your package and include the receipt or Gift Ticket:

- Date

- Order´s number

- Reference

- Quantity

- Size

- Client´s name

- Address

- Phone number

- Reason



• Once we get the package back we’ll check that the items come in pristine condition and tags still attached. After that we’ll let you know everything is fine and we will refund your money on the same credit card or paypal account you used to make the purchase. You’ll get an email to confirm the refund has been made. It should take a few days for the refund to go through and be applied to your credit card.

• If for any reason the refund doesn’t matches the amount you paid, please write us a mail to info@babykidsatelier.com

BabyKids Atelier has the right to don’t accept returns or exchanges made after the return deadline or for damaged items.

• If you wish, instead of refunding your money we can give you store credit to be used on the next 6 months.

• If you get a wrong or damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible, writing an email to info@babykidsatelier.com we will cover the return expenses and you will be able to get an exchange or a refund.

• To make an exchange you’ll have to return the item and then make a new purchase.
